Seeking Refuge workshops are on going projects that give people seeking asylum, refugees and vulnerable migrants a space to come together and work creatively, as well as meeting new people. Workshops can take the from of photography, textiles and visual arts that work with locally commissioned artists.

Currently, we run free women’s workshops, called ‘Thursday Threads’, which meet every Thursday, at TOSH, the Old School House, Boscombe. Providing a supportive space, friendship and creative activities to enjoy over a cup of tea.

Thursday Threads gratefully acknowledge the support from Dorset Community Foundation, Valentine Trust, the Alice Ellen Cooper Dean Trust and the People’s Health Trust.
