Whatever ability or experience we work with our community to inspire and create. Young at Heart is our programme working with older communities, those often isolated through health, language barriers and finance. Funded through People’s Health Trust In partnership with Recreate Dorset, Young At Heart is a two-year programme supporting the older Polish community and their families in Boscombe.
