BEAF plays an important role in placemaking, using our local knowledge and expertise to develop bold, innovative arts led projects that enhance and improve the local environment. We commission art that strengthens our communities and work to support local and international artists in partnership with organisations. Boscombe Summer flags

Boscombe Summer flags is on going placemaking project along Boscombe high-street. We hope to work with more local artists in the future bringing colour and pride to Boscombe. 

BEAF Arts Pavilion

In 2023 we built our first ever BEAF Arts Pavilion; a space for free workshops, performances and community events. Since then we have showcased pop-up pavilions alongside our exhibitions.

Words of Boscombe Murals

In 2024 The Outsiders Project were commissioned to produce creative writing texts as part of of BCP’s costal public art programme, alongside local visual artists for the commission.
